Do you accept returns or cancellations?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please read listings carefully before purchasing.
What if the order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. Depending on the situation, I may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted. 
When will I get my order?

Processing Time:

  • One of a kind items: 5 business days before dispatch.
  • Made to order items: 2 to 6 weeks before dispatch.
  • Custom bespoke orders: quote via email.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Worldwide: up to 14 days *
  • Belgium: up to 7 days

*Delivery takes longer for remote areas due to adjusted shipping methods to match postage costs.

All orders include tracking and are insured. Delays may occur due to customs or postal service issues.

Are your items handmade or unique?

Yes! All my jewelry pieces and prints are handmade by me, so small variations are normal and part of the charm.

Stickers are designed by me and printed by Sticker Ninja.

Care products such as polishing cloths and boxes are from a wholesale supplier. 
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact me as soon as possible. Once it’s out, I can’t reroute it.
How do I know my ring size?

Please get your ring size measured professionally at a jewelry store — online methods are rarely accurate, and I do not offer resizing.

You can also find affordable ring sizers online.

I accept sizes in US, UK, or MM (inner circumference only). Example: US 5.25 / UK K / MM 50. Be sure to specify which format you’re using when ordering a custom bespoke piece.

All rings are measured at the center of the shank.

Keep in mind: finger size can vary with temperature — bigger in summer, smaller in winter.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders include tracking and insurance. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me so I an help initiate a claim with the postal service.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or circumstances beyond my control. I am also not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of my products. By purchasing, you are agreeing to use all products responsibly and at your own risk. 
Custom and Bespoke Orders

Custom and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Processing times vary depending on design complexity and will be quoted before purchase. Minor variations are part of the handmade nature of the work. 
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

All jewelry items are handmade from sterling or fine silver and are not intended for children.

Jewelry should be stored properly and not worn while bathing, swimming, sleeping, cleaning, or during physical activities.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, clean it gently with a silver polishing cloth as needed.

Small pieces may pose a choking hazard — keep out of reach of children.

Unless otherwise stated, all gemstones used are natural.

Please note: Prong settings may catch on clothing or fabric.
