At its center is a one-of-a-kind 1.5 × 2 inch agate whose flowing reds, golds, creams, and deep shadows echo the luminous beauty of an emission nebula. The stone is secured in a hand fabricated sterling silver filament setting with seven organically shaped prongs that follow its natural contours. Hand-cut filament divots catch the light like distant stars scattered across the night sky.
A four strand 19 inch sterling silver chain suspends the pendant. White pearls, crimson pearls, and mini agate beads are individually wire wrapped directly into the chain itself, becoming part of its structure rather than simply hanging from it. Their placement evokes stars and glowing pockets of gas suspended within the surrounding cloud.
